J & M Creations Woodworking and Craft business. We make signs, furniture, interior/exterior decorations, handmade gifts , custom 3D printing and custom CNC work.

We are a family owned woodworking and craft business operating under Sunnyside Greenhouses LLC (our day job). James (Doug) has 30+ years in woodworking experience. Michelle has 30+ years floral arranging and crafting experience. Jessica, our daughter, is a potter and ceramist. She also assist Doug and Michelle with design and build. A recent project we completed. A 14 foot custom cedar planter. This one had a catch though. It couldn’t sit on the asphalt. We built a frame that sat on the concrete piers of the billboard. The planter was built to rest on and cover the frame.

Working on a couple projects today. First couple of pictures are of the custom planter. It’s mounted to an antique Singer sewing machine. It’s made out of White Oak with custom engraving from the CNC. it’s ready to go to its home.

The last picture is of some wooden trays that I’m prototyping. These are made of Acacia wood. I’m just trying to dial in CNC tool paths and speeds for some new bits and testing some finishes. The final ones will be made of walnut, cherry and maple. I’ll probably make some with mixed woods too. Will do some different shapes and sizes.
