Our head chocolatier and namesake, Jayne Hoadley, has sourced and selected the purest, finest, and best tasting chocolate on the planet for use in all of her confections. Experience dark, milk, and white high quality chocolate couvertures from France, Belgium, and Switzerland, Try the new chocolates in our lines, including Golden Caramel chocolate couverture and our customer favorite Fresh Strawberry. We made a commitment back when we started in 2009, that we would never add preservatives to our fine candies. And we still don't, which means our candies are super fresh and you should enjoy them within two weeks of purchase. Each delicious piece of candy we produce is made completely by hand, one at a time. Every day we surprise our customers with new flavor selections--so you won't find any static menus here. We love to meet our neighbors and help you make individual selections in person, that way you can enjoy the smell of roasting nuts and melting chocolates and peak inside our kitchen while you shop! Online orders are available PERIODICALLY at http://www.jevelynconfections.com and only October through April, when it is cold enough to safely ship chocolates. When you visit Greenfield, which is about 20 minutes from Indianapolis, stop by the shop--we promise, it's worth the trip. We are practicing socially appropriate physical distancing, and it goes without saying that we’re adding extra disinfecting protocols to our s**c ‘n span cleaning routines.
