Tea and Tchotchkes is a lifestyle gift shop offering local goods as well as hand crafted artisans pieces from around the world. We offer customers something they don't see everyday; unique gifts and apparel that will inspire and brighten up their homes and lives. Tea and Tchotchkes is located in the heart of Greenport Village across from the carousel.

🌿 A Note From Tea & Tchotchkes 🌿

Having this little shop has been one of the greatest joys of my life. The memories made within these walls — the conversations, the laughter, the familiar faces, the new friendships — are treasures I will carry with me forever. This store wasn’t just a place to shop… it was a community, a cozy corner of connection, and a dream that I was lucky enough to live.

With that said, it’s time for us to close our doors permanently.
Not goodbye forever — just bye for now 💛

New adventures are ahead, and new doors are waiting to be opened. While this chapter is closing, I’m walking forward with nothing but gratitude for every person who stepped through our door and supported us along the way. Truly, thank you for being part of this journey.

I’ll cherish these years, these moments, and this community always.

We’re officially allowed to open back up today! 🙌
Thank you so much to everyone who reached out and showed support — it truly meant the world. We’re beyond happy to reopen our doors just in time before the holiday season ends!

✨ Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 10AM–6PM ✨
(Hours may increase during school holiday breaks!)

With that being said… our End-of-Year Sale starts NOW!
If you know, you know — this is our best sale of the year! We love clearing the shelves for a fresh start in the new year, so come shop your favorites while they last.

It’s been a tough couple of weeks, but we missed you and can’t wait to see everyone again! ❤️

On October 30th, the restaurant located directly behind us had a building inspection, and it was discovered that one of the load-bearing walls for the entire structure is compromised and needs to be repaired and replaced.

Because we share the same building, the town has issued an “Unsafe to Occupy” order for our store. At the moment, we’re awaiting the official report from the structural engineer that the village has hired to assess the situation.

Right now, we simply don’t know how long we’ll be closed — it could be a couple of weeks, a couple of months, or longer. We’re in a bit of a waiting game until more information comes in.

We’ll continue to keep everyone updated here as we learn more. For any questions, please feel free to email or DM us. 💛
