This week marks our tenth year in operation as The Corner Farmers Market. I'm proud of what we've built and I'm grateful to everyone who has joined in and helped. Maybe I'm amazed. (me and Paul McCartney) For five hundred or so Saturdays, we've met at The Corner Market and fed each other in all the ways that matter. That's saying something.

So for the month of April, we are asking that you consider donating $10 to help us celebrate 10 great years. Where does the $10 go? To your neighbors to help them put nutritious food on their table. We double EBT at our market, so each $10 donation adds up to give someone $20 of food.

Community is built when we look out for each other. No one should go hungry and everyone should have access to locally grown, baked and cooked foods.

Hi there. Have you heard about the recent department of agriculture certification drama? Well, home processors are not able to be certified for frozen products, and I can't afford the monetary or time investment to find a shared use kitchen to move my operation to. So that's the end of ice cream sales for me. You'll still be able to find me at The Corner Farmer's Market, just with my crochet friends, and fairy hair.
