Okay, pumpkin people…this one is for you.

Think warm pumpkin covered in gooey caramel and maple, with buttery vanilla and toasted pecan underneath.

Sweet. Rich. Cozy. And basically everything you want your house to smell like once fall hits.

Okay…are we ready to talk about fall yet? 🍂

Because something about this time of year always gets me excited about what’s coming next at the studio.

The warmer scents. The spices. The pumpkins. The deeper, moodier fragrances. And watching everyone create their own version of what fall should smell like.

Some of our OG favorites are already making their way back, we have some new things coming, and the fragrance wall is about to get very, very good.

Pick your vessel. Find your scents. Blend something completely your own.

Fall, but make it moody. 🍂

Toasted Pumpkin Spice is an OG Wicks & Wax Studio scent — it’s been here since day one and is still one of my absolute favorites.

Pumpkin blended with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and just a touch of smoke gives this one that warm, spicy fall feel without smelling like every other pumpkin candle out there.

And can we talk about it poured into one of our black double-wick pumpkin glass jars? 🖤🎃 Seriously, this combination is fall perfection.

I was flying home from California on Tuesday after spending some time with family, and somewhere during the flight I started scrolling through photos on my phone.

Then it hit me…

We’ve been open in Greensburg for four years. 🤍

I honestly had one of those moments where I just sat there thinking about everything that’s happened since we first opened our doors.

Owning a small business is such a rewarding journey, but it’s also humbling. There are always ideas waiting to be brought to life, projects you wish you had finished, and goals that seem to stay on the list a little longer than you planned.

For a while, I found myself focusing on everything I still wanted to do instead of everything we’ve already accomplished. I’m learning that it’s okay to slow down, give myself some grace, and remember that good things take time.

When I look back over these last four years, what stands out the most isn’t just the candles we’ve poured—it’s the people we’ve met along the way.

Every person who has walked through our doors, placed an online order, shared one of our posts, attended a workshop, recommended us to a friend, or simply encouraged us… you’ve helped make Wicks & Wax Studio what it is today.

Thank you for choosing to support a small business like ours. It truly means more than you’ll ever know.

Life can be a little chaotic sometimes. Between working full-time, running the studio, raising our sweet little guy, and trying to make time for family, there are days when it feels like we’re pulled in every direction. But I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

That plane ride home reminded me how excited I still am for what’s ahead.

This fall is going to be a fun one. We’ve been working on some new ideas, new experiences, and a fall collection that I’m so excited to finally share with you.

We’re also planning a little anniversary celebration—not just because Wicks & Wax Studio is turning four, but because we want to celebrate the people who have supported us from the very beginning and everyone who’s become part of our story along the way.

As I look back on these last four years, I’d love to look back with you.

There’s just something about slowing down, blending your own fragrance, and spending a couple of hours creating something with people you enjoy being around.
