Did you know a group of crows is called a murder?

I couldn’t resist adding a little bit of that fall fun to the booth. I created these old-book-page crow frames specifically for our fall setup, and I think they turned out so good!

They also happen to fit right in with all the primitive kitchenware I picked up at my last stop—the old wooden spoons, vintage kitchen tools, enamelware and all that rusty, worn goodness.

It’s definitely starting to feel like fall at Farmhouse 180.

These pieces will all be making their way into the booth, so if you love primitive farmhouse as much as I do, keep an eye out!

I am SO excited about this week’s finds!

I originally headed out of town for an estate garage sale, only to get there and find out it had been closed because of the seller’s health. Definitely not how I wanted that trip to go…BUT, it ended up working out perfectly.

I stopped at a little shop right off the highway that I visit from time to time, and it 100% made up for the disappointment. The rusty crusty goodness I found was incredible. The old tins, primitive wares, rusty metal pieces…so many things that made me stop and dig a little deeper.

And then the owner said, “Did you see the new stuff on the trailer? We just got all that this morning.”

Well. A picker’s dream.

The first photo is what these finds look like once I get them home and start putting the pieces together. The rest of the photos are a little more honest about what sourcing actually looks like around here. Digging through piles, crawling around trailers, and hunting for the good stuff in 90-degree weather.

Not exactly glamorous, but I wouldn’t trade it.

Because THIS is the part I love. Finding the old, rusty, crusty, forgotten pieces and then bringing them home to clean up, figure out what stays, what goes to Farmhouse 180, and how each piece is going to be styled.

It's always worth the dirt, sweat and digging.
Now I have a whole pile of goodness to work through.

Easily one of my best finds these past few weeks!

These vintage Carlton Glass canisters from the 70s/80s....the bright yellow lettering, orange-sealed lids and those rusty wire bail clamps… I mean, come on.

I’m always a little bummed when I walk into a sale and see something I wanted sitting in someone else’s hands or cart. So when I grabbed these and someone said, “Oh good grab!”… I knew it was a good day!

These are going to be really hard to let go of, but that’s part of the fun of Farmhouse 180. I get to find the good stuff, enjoy it for a little while, and then send it off to hopefully become someone else’s favorite find.

Good thing we have two booths, because apparently one season at a time just isn’t enough around here!

After getting all the fall goodness moved in after the Pop Up, I went ahead and got Halloween ready at Booth 180, too!

So whether you’re ready for cozy fall or already reaching for the spooky stuff, we’ve got you covered. A little rusty crusty, a little vintage, a little creepy… and a whole lot of things I couldn’t pass up.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Fall Pop Up! We appreciate every person who stopped by, shopped, shared a post, or simply came to see what we’ve been collecting. And a big welcome to all of our new followers—we’re so glad you’re here!

After the Pop Up, I packed up all the fall things and took them straight to Booth 180. And let me tell you… it is SO pretty!

Rusty crusty pieces, warm fall colors, old farmhouse finds, vintage kitchen goodies, and all the little things to make your home fall ready.

Fall is making its way into the house.

I’ve been adding little pops of those warm fall colors here and there, mixing them in with the rusty crusty farm pieces, old books, ironstone and neutrals that I use year-round.

I like being able to look around and still see our home and the things we love, with just enough fall mixed in to change things up.

A little rust, a little orange, lots of old stuff…that feels like fall around here.

Don’t forget our Fall Pop Up this weekend!

As many times as I think I’m done setting up, I find more and more to include! So, naturally, I keep adding to the collection.

We’ve got rusty crusty fall colors, farmhouse primitives, and plenty of old things with original patina just waiting to be found. I’m excited to see what makes it onto the tables by the time we open!

Well… fall won over Halloween for now.

The rusty, crusty fall colors were calling my name, and I just couldn’t resist. So the spooky things can wait a little longer while I enjoy all the warm browns, muted oranges, and farmhouse goodness.

I’m sure Halloween will make its way in soon enough, but for now, I’m embracing fall.

You may have seen some of these pieces in yesterday’s restock post, but I wanted to give them their own moment because they are some of my favorite finds recently.

That black metal eagle, the old wooden pepper mills, the Mrs. Buttersworth bottle, the copper teapot, glass flower frog, the little whisk broom, and that amazing vintage plaid w**e holder..… I love every single one of them. And yes, I’m still trying to decide which ones I should have kept. Maybe that fall looking Hudson sprayer!

They’re all available at Farmhouse 180 at Madison Trading Post, along with lots of other new goodies in both booths.
