Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
WOW…what a wonderful six years it has been as the owner of The Cosy Mermaid in beautiful downtown Belhaven. First as a boutique in Coastal Cottage then three years operating my own shop on Main Street. While the Belhaven location has been wonderful, I decided last December to branch out to a vendor boutique in Kinston. This venture was very successful which then led to a recent second vendor boutique location in Greenville. Both locations have grown beyond my wildest imagination! While it was not my initial intent to relocate the shop, it has become apparent that this option is the best opportunity for The Cosy Mermaid to continue to grow and serve its customers. My decision to relocate was not an easy one and comes with mixed emotions as I reflect on the countless memories and relationships built over the past six years. Our customers have been wonderful and will be greatly missed. December 13th will be the last day The Cosy Mermaid will be open in Belhaven. As the next several weeks pass, I will be posting updates and clearance sales on Facebook as well as information on our Kinston and Greenville locations. With much gratitude, Becky and I would like to say “Thank You” to all our customers who have made these years so special and rewarding.
