☕📖 SUNDAY READING CHECK-IN! 💜

It's Sunday, the coffee is brewing, and our TBR piles are judging us. Again. 😂

So let's talk books!

📖 What are you currently reading?
⭐ How's it going so far?
👀 Would you recommend it?

Bonus points if you share a picture of your current read!

We're always looking for our next obsession, and sometimes the best recommendations come from fellow readers. 💜

Find your people. Find your story.

📚💜 SHELF HELP SATURDAY 💜📚

✨ Need a book for… A LOVE THAT DEFIES DESTINY?

Some love stories aren't written to last forever. They're written to be remembered forever.

This week's Shelf Help Saturday pick is The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. 🏛️💛

A beautiful, heartbreaking reimagining of Greek mythology, where love, loyalty, and fate collide.

For the hopeless romantics. For the beautifully doomed. For anyone who's ever loved a story knowing it might break their heart.

Because sometimes the books that leave us in pieces are the ones that stay with us the longest.

💬 What's a book that absolutely shattered your heart but you'd recommend anyway?

✨ WE SHELVE BY FEELING, NOT JUST GENRE. ✨

Because sometimes you don't know what genre you want. You just know how you want a book to make you *feel*.

🖤 Beautifully Unsettling — for the stories that haunt you long after the last page.

🐉 Magic & Wonder — for when reality simply isn't enough.

💜 Soft Reads — for when your heart needs somewhere gentle to land.

Whatever chapter you're in, there's a shelf waiting for you.

📖✨ READER CONFESSIONS

You get ONE chance to erase a book from your memory so you can experience it all over again.

The plot twists. The heartbreak. The butterflies. The moment you realized you were completely, hopelessly obsessed.

What book are you choosing? 👀

We're not judging. (Okay, maybe a little. But lovingly. 😂)

🎧📚 Calling all audiobook lovers!

Okay, this is something I've been wanting to do, and I'm so excited that it's finally happening!

The Kindred Chapter is officially on Libro.fm! 🥹❤️

So, for those of y'all who love listening to your books while driving, cleaning, working, or just pretending to be productive (no judgment 😂), you can now enjoy your audiobooks AND support our little independent bookstore at the same time!

And because I apparently can't help myself, I'm even creating audiobook playlists inspired by our shelves at TKC! So whether you're looking for something Beautifully Unsettling, a little Magic & Wonder, or your next Soft Read, we'll help you find your next listen, too. ✨

The best part? You don't even have to step foot in the store to support us. Every eligible audiobook purchase through our Libro.fm storefront helps support TKC!

🎧 Find your next listen here:

Whether you turn the pages or listen to them, there's always room for another story. ❤️
