I FOUND THE BACK CORNER!!!
Definitely going to need the 2nd set of shelves soon, lots more glass to go on them! And I found yet more scrap!!!

Hopefully 1 last week of those nasty heat 🥵 Can't wait to meet all our new friends!!!

This heat wave is killing me! I just want to setup the shop but have to stop by 2pm cause it's just too dann hot 😓

But not a waste at all, Meet 3 new friends from SW MO, and got the first set of shelves done!!!
I LOVE THEM! Someday I'll build custom racks, but until then with the LEDs these rock!!!
They might appear empty... but thats already over 100sqft, these will hold tons of glass!!!

It was just too hot today, so I went and figured out some new heavy duty shelving for all the 12" glass.... just hope its enough, got tons of glass to display!
Now to play with some LEDs!!!

Im guessing the previous owner liked to paint glass as well, we have found hundreds of different painted pieces.
Just love this cranberry swirl, can't wait to use it!

Ok i posted yesterday but I guess FB didn't want me too, cause its just gone!
Glad it wasn't critical lol... we'll try this again!

First up - we will not be doing afternoon appointments. When it's this hot, without having AC in the unit, nobody needs keep problems!!!

Second- Scrap update! Well over 100 pounds have left already and you can't even see a dent, I have been adding cutoffs faster than people can buy them and I found more scrap today!!!
It has grown so big, We decided to name the pile!
Come take a trip down "The Scrappy Rabbit hole!" Seriously the avg person sends 2.5hrs and I still don't believe all totes have even been seen yet!
$4/lb that averages out to about $6/ sqft, by appointment until start normal hours.

And for today... I came across a sheet of glass that I have never seen before, its cross between an olive green and mint green with streaks. Cool but odd, can't wait to use it somewhere!!!

Woohoo I can get to the back wall!!!

Ok might not be a big path but its enough to start organizing, just 7 more totes of scrap and then the milk crates... but in the meantime look at the gorgeous fire glass, orange and red with a small granite texture

For those interested in coming by to dig some scrap...
We are starting out at $4/lb baseball size or bigger ie 4x10 ect and these are absolutely not picked over, plenty of reds even gold pinks and purples!!! All under baseball size is mosaics at $1/lb!

Another long day of scrap...

But today I found the sample sets!!!!
Majority of the glass is German, French, Kokomo, Wissmech and Spectrum!!! Just look at the age of the samples!!! While I got too excited over samples and lights... i forgot to take a Pic of reds, but I did get a picture of the color of money for ya!!!!

I can't wait to show off this glass, the sheets are stunning!!!

Ok i have decided to change my ways!

Atleast as far as scrap glass goes...
I have always kept about half dollar or bigger scrap but no more, I am thinking more baseball or softball after this past weekend! The previous artist had over 1000lbs of scrap 🤯 im not sure she ever got rid of any glass lol.

Because of this we will be having a scrap and mosaic sale to start with so BRING YOUR BUCKETS and gloves!!!! I will also be packing some mystery scrap boxes too (just wish I could see faces when they find the hidden treasures)

We can't wait to meet all our new friends in person, See you soon!!!
