✨ **WE’RE HIRING! Part-Time Personal & Business Assistant** ✨

If you love a job where **no two days are EVER the same**, you’re organized, flexible, dependable, and don’t mind a little (okay… sometimes a LOT 😂) of organized chaos, this might be the perfect fit!

I’m looking for a **part-time assistant for approximately 12–15 hours per week**, with hours generally falling between **10:00 AM and 5:00 PM**.

When I say every day is different, I mean it! Things around here can be a little crazy, and the job changes from day to day depending on what needs to get done.

One day we may be:
💳 Working on credit card reconciliations
📦 Pricing merchandise and working on inventory
🧾 Organizing paperwork and handling business-related tasks

And the next day we may be:
🛍️ Shopping for a client
🚗 Running errands
🎁 Wrapping gifts
👚 Folding clothes
📦 Picking up merchandise
🏫 Picking up our daughter from school
📅 Occasionally taking her to an appointment
🛒 Shopping for something we need for home, work, a client, or one of the businesses

Basically… **you never really know what the day is going to bring!** 😂

This position is a mix of **personal assistant, business assistant, retail help, errand runner, organizer, and “whatever today throws at us” person.** If you need every day to look exactly the same, this probably isn’t the job for you. But if you thrive on variety, like staying busy, and can switch gears quickly, you may LOVE it!

**What I’m looking for:**
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Organized and able to take initiative
• Flexible and comfortable when plans change
• Positive attitude and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Able to handle both personal and business-related tasks
• **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required**, as school pickup is part of the position
• QuickBooks experience is a **BIG plus, but not required**
• Retail experience is also a **plus, but not required**

Most importantly, I need someone who can roll with the craziness, laugh along the way, and help keep all the moving pieces moving!

**One little note:** I’ve learned that I work best when I keep my personal and professional worlds separate, so I don’t hire close friends or family members for assistant positions. Please don’t take it personally ❤️

⏰ **12–15 hours per week**
🕙 **Hours generally between 10:00 AM–5:00 PM**
🚗 **Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required**
