We are in need of someone to join our landscaping team, and instead of posting this position on Indeed, we are hoping to find someone through word of mouth and personal recommendations. We are looking for someone who comes highly recommended and who we can truly trust to lead a crew and represent our company.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Landscaper Crew Leader to lead a landscaping crew of approximately 3ā€“4 employees.

We need someone dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and confident in their ability to manage a crew and complete landscaping projects from start to finish.

Ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in:

ā€¢ General landscaping and landscape installation
ā€¢ Basic plant knowledge
ā€¢ Irrigation installation and knowledge
ā€¢ Outdoor/night lighting installation
ā€¢ Patio installation
ā€¢ Hardscaping
ā€¢ Leading and managing a crew
ā€¢ Understanding the process of a landscaping job from start to finish

We can provide additional training and guidance in certain areas if needed, but we are truly looking for someone who already has a strong background and working knowledge of landscaping.

What we offer:

ā€¢ Competitive pay
ā€¢ Overtime
ā€¢ Paid holidays
ā€¢ Opportunity for growth
ā€¢ Pay will be discussed further during the interview based on experience and qualifications

If you know someone who would be a good fit or if you are interested yourself, please contact our office and ask for Emme, or email Emme directly at [email protected].

We would greatly appreciate you sharing this with anyone you know who may be qualified and looking for a new opportunity.
