JOB POSTINGS FOR OUR CINCINNATI, OH LOCATION:

SERVICE ADMIN
-Write up Technician work orders following company requirements
-Complete open work orders for invoicing (adding technician notes, adjusting cost to match estimates, etc.)
-Contacting customers for payment
-Assist with writing repair estimates
-Monitor technician work in process
-Edit manual time cards daily from mobile staff
-Assist in scheduling mobile technician visits.
-Email regular communications to mobile techs.
-Assist corporate warranty administrator with warranty claims input
-Provide general office support to the service manager and warranty administrator to include filing, answering phones, running reports etc. as needed.

TECHNICIAN:
-Prefer 2 years’ experience but willing to train the right candidate in all types of golf and turf equipment maintenance and repair to include all types of mowers, electrical and hydraulic systems, greens rollers, blowers, aerators, sprayers, tractors etc.
-Experience with reel and bed knife grinders a plus
-Must have at least a basic set of hand and power tools
-Self-Motivated and responsible with the ability to work unsupervised at times
-Computer literate with a basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products
-Ability to communicate well with customers and support staff.
-Clean driving record and background check
-Clean professional appearance
-Customer service-oriented attitude
-Detail oriented and timely
Technician responsibilities include:
-Evaluate, diagnose and repair various types of turf equipment
-Provide all documentation of parts and labor used during repairs
-Provide detailed explanation of repairs performed and reason why
-Complete online training and classroom training as assigned.
-Submit all paperwork within the company required timelines
-Work 7 AM - 4 PM Monday thru Friday (Extended hours may apply during peak season).
