👋 Meet Rachel, the newest addition to the Poppington’s team. So happy to have her here! 🍿

You’ll be seeing her a lot when you come in and get your popcorn 😁

A little about Rachel:
💼 She brings a background in tech: Shopify, web & mobile apps, and spent time in the financial world at UBS, KPMG, and a Japanese bank on Wall Street. These days she’s in Greenville, SC, soaking up the Blue Ridge Mountains. 🏔️

🍿 She was thrilled to learn Poppington’s pops with beef tallow. She uses it at home for cooking and in her skincare routine! Popcorn has always been close to her heart. It’s a wholesome snack with great fiber and complex carbs, but most of all it reminds her of movie nights at her grandparents’ house, watching her grandpa pop it on the stovetop with fresh melted butter. 🧈

🏋🏽‍♀️ Outside of work she loves hiking, biking, line dancing, karaoke, weightlifting, and being a fun auntie to her 3 nieces and 2 nephews!
