We are extremely saddened today as we have lost a dear friend of the store, Woody Wooten. Woody was not only here from the beginning of Nostalgia Newsstand, but a close friend to Charles, Dave, Juan, Tilley, and the G3EKS crew of Jason, Jeff and Richard. Inside the gruff exterior was one of the most kind hearted people we ever met. A history buff that loved the funny books, the Carolina Panthers, the ECU Pirates, and some good BBQ, Woody you will certainly be missed by all of us. Rest in peace my friend…

It’s Friday and you know what that means…. We have processed another collection of back issues at Nostalgia Newsstand!! This week we’re bringing the heat with some big key issues including the first appearance of Harley Quinn, another 9.8 Absolute Batman 1, the first appearance of Spider-Ham, the first appearance of Annihilus, and first appearance of Cletus Kasady. Plus we have a complete newsstand set of Crisis on Infinite Earths, a complete set of the 2015 Secret Wars with issue 0 signed by Alex Ross, and a complete set of Infinite Crisis that features the first appearance of Jaime Reyes aka the third Blue Beetle!!
