Rules are simple

Winner Rules & Restrictions

1. Prize Claim: The winner must claim the aquarium and included equipment within 7 calendar days of the drawing. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
2. Store Credits: All store credits must be used within 90 calendar days of the drawing.
3. Non-Cash Value: Store credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
4. Non-Transferable: Store credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the raffle winner.
5. Delivery: The prize must be picked up from Lone Star Fin. Delivery may be arranged for an additional charge, depending on location and delivery requirements.
6. Store Credit Restrictions: Each store credit may only be used toward the category specified:
* $120 — Plants
* $150 — Fish
* $150 — Substrate & Hardscape
7. Store credits cannot be combined with cash redemption and cannot be transferred to another person.
8. The aquarium, equipment, and store credits are awarded as one prize package and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize at the winner’s request.

Lone Star Fin reserves the right to verify the winning entry and enforce these rules consistently for all participants.
