10:00 am Opening Ceremony
10:15 – 10:40 GTHS Band Concert
11:00 – 11:30 Sports Hall of Fame Induction
Union Bleachery’s Nominee: Henry Clyde “Slick” Harrison
12:00 – 1:30 pm Concert: Benton Blount and Kay Crowe Bayne
(Most of you know Kay Crowe Bayne (our own Patsy Cline). And you most likely know that Benton Blount is the District 19 Representative for Greenville County Council. But did you know, he was also a contestant in Season 10 of America’s Got Talent where he performed in the final ten.
There will be approximately 25-30 local vendors participating in the market. There will be food trucks available for you to purchase lunch. And we’re planning several activities for our children – including a scavenger hunt.
We’ll have a tent set up at the Union Bleachery Alcove, so bring a chair with you if you would like to hang out!
(In case of rain, the event will be held the following Saturday, May 4th.)
