Sorry it's been a while since our last post. We have been waiting on permits and making sure our building is up to code. Everything is good to go. I'm working on painting the inside, getting stairs built for the entrance, and all the other small touches. We hope to have an opening date soon. For those interested in renting space I'm hoping to have an open house day this weekend for you to come by and check out the place. More to follow on that.

Alright ladies and gentlemen, I've been notified by Moda Candles that they are selling several items from and old furniture store they bought. Everything must go by tomorrow.

Update...Progress on the building is coming along. Be looking for the sign to be posted up in the next week. We are getting closer to opening. I hope to open the first building in the next 2-3 weeks. I will keep everyone posted! Thanks

Hey folks, we are excited about all the likes for the page in a short period of time. Just a brief explanation of RUSTY TRESURES. This will be an indoor flea market where individuals can rent booth space to sell their items. We will have different size booths available from 8x10, 10x10, and 10x12. Depending on what vendors need we may also do smaller booths. The rate for all booths is $1.50 a square foot for the month. We will charge 3% just to cover our credit card machine. Rusty Treasures will take care of all the taxes and reporting. We will pay vendors twice a month with booth rent due on the first of the month. We will offer a layaway program for the bigger items unless the vendor specifies otherwise. This is an opportunity for people to sell all types of items from antiques to jewelry to handmade crafts and anything else you can come up with. If you currently have a page for your items feel free to post a link on this page. I will post some pics from our other locations to give an idea of how this works. Rusty Treasures will be located at 2393 Sunset Drive, about a mile west of the interstate in Grenada, MS. We are hoping to open around March 22nd. I will post an exact date soon. We will have several different size booths available to rent. I will advertise for every vendor on this site.
