Daffodil Photo Dump. This specific handful of daffodils I’ve been dry storing in my cooler for over three weeks. I recut their stems, dropped them in plain water and watches them bloom over the course of a couple of days. They enjoy sunshine and almost sway towards a window. They can be fragrant or smell like nothing. No two are ever alike. Every year I add new varieties to the pack. Most of them are located in a large patch in the front yard. This is the first year where they bloomed at their own times. Last spring was the first spring they bloomed after planting and basically they all bloomed together. I enjoy the delayed flowering much better. Stem length has gotten better. They used to be really short.

Here’s my personal testimony about these products and the new h**p company I’ve joined because I believe in their business and their products.

I’ve been taking these products for about a week now and the h**p oil has already started to change my life. Being a dentist and flower farmer I am hard on my joints. Add in powerlifting to that and I slowly killing my self. 🤷🏻‍♀️ the last few months my ankles and wrists have been so bad I’ve been eating ibuprofen like candy. The last two mornings I’ve woken up without my ankles being stiff and no numbness in my finger tips. Like that’s a praise Jesus moment for anyone who is like me and their hands are their job.

At night my hands and wrists just hurt more. Probably from work and the day grind. I use the h**p cream to massage into my fingers and wrists. In minutes my hands no longer hurt. I’m even starting to get better flexibility and mobility in my wrists.

I’m a serial insomniac. Always have been. I routinely self medicate with benadryl and melatonin but did you know that long term Benadryl use leads to early memory loss? No thanks 🥴. I use three to four sprays of the sleep aid and I’m asleep as soon as I hit the pillow and stay asleep all night. I use this on rylan too and we’ve both been able to get off melatonin.

You guys-these products are changing my life. This business is changing my life. I won’t be the crippled old hag I had resigned myself to being because of osteoarthritis and overuse/abuse of my body. I intend to live a nice old life keeping my family on their toes 😚 this opportunity won’t be around forever. We’re ground breaking right now and won’t always be. H**p products are going to change the world and how we view medicine. Why medicate yourself with synthetic drugs when you can use something all natural.

What did you do before 9am today? I weeded the primary plot which is overgrown with crabgrass and wheat. I pruned my hobby roses. Ripped out a few volunteer trees. Pulled out some dying celosia and cosmos by hand. Dead headed the zinnias. Cleared my walkways. This is what flower farming looks like 75% of the time. Most people see the pretty pictures of flat lays or the bundles of flowers and think ahhhhhh what a beautiful life they must have. That person has no clue what farming is. I may grow flowers instead of food but it is no less work. Not only do I grow the flowers but I also design with them, which is a whole other level of commitment. This time of year farming starts to weigh on me. It’s fu***ng hot. The flowers are tired. I can’t get anything new into the ground until September because it’s so hot. People are no longer excited about buying flowers. No one is getting married so fall weddings aren’t happening much. I have fall bulbs and plugs coming which will total in the thousands. If I don’t get them into the ground and/or pay for them now I won’t have any spring flowers. Farming is not all beauty all the time. Farming is hard gritty work with little to no financial pay off. Honestly if I didn’t work a 9 to 5 the farm would have never happened because it doesn’t pay for itself. So thank a farmer today for your flowers, for your food. Go out to the local farmers markets and spend your money. Smile. Tell them that you appreciate them. Otherwise they might just disappear one day because the hard gritty work isn’t worth it anymore.

What seasonal beauty looks like! Nothing beats the beauty and freshness of what is locally in season. Even sometimes thing can be local or produced within the state but then still have a large footprint due to being grown in heat hoophouses or under fabricated conditions. Reducing our footprints matter IF we’ll have a Mother Earth for our children’s children. I wonder what pollution looks like now after everyone being in quarantine.
