What an exciting, and seemingly random Thursday! haha

If you have not heard the AMAZING news, the NFA regarding suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs, has been effectively thrown out!!
All across the United States suppressors are being transferred over the counter with no national tax stamp!

That being said...
Georgia has an old law allowing Suppressors ONLY after getting an ATF form 4 approval. Now, Mammoth Arms' stance is if a law is based on another law that no longer exists, that second law should also no longer exist... But alas, we are not lawyers or politicians!

Mammoth Arms is in direct contact with Gun Owners of America, GA2A, , , along with our Georgia State House representatives, and Georgia State Senators about this matter! We are rushing for a quick and decisive 2A victory for Georgia!

Mammoth Arms is located in Georgia (a plaintiff state), partners and dealers with silencerShop, GOA, and SilencerCo (all plaintiffs), and partners and members of Gun Owners Of America (a major plaintiff). This gives us a unique head start on all of these new proceedings; connecting Mammoth Arms directly as a joint plaintiff, including our customers!

Mammoth Arms will be the FIRST location in Georgia to do a legal, over the counter suppressor transaction once we are legally allowed to do so!!

On Saturday, June 20th from 12-2pm Mammoth Arms will be having an event to celebrate our second year of opening our storefront in downtown Griffin!
As thanks for 5 total years in business to all of our great customers we will be having product demos, sales, giveaways, and more!
We will have a food truck setup on site slinging some great smashburgers for sale!🍔🔥
