Did you know...
Despite cotton candy being mostly sugar and a dash of flavor and color-
1 serving(or our 'regular' size cone) of cotton candy is about 14g of sugar.
That's the same amount of sugar in 3 Oreo cookies!
A single chips ahoy cookie has 11g.
A can of Pepsi has 41g.
A can of Monster Energy has 54g.
A 20oz bottle of Gatorade has about 35g.
Some cups of yogurt have 15g.
A hotdog bun could have up to 4g.
A teaspoon of ketchup has 4g.
A tablespoon of Smuckers jelly has 12g.

So the next time you want to pass on the cotton candy because of the sugar, remember you might be eating just as much sugar with your hotdogs🌭.
Always remember to treat yourself(like a queen👑).🤟🏼
