This storm was unprecedented, and affected every single person in the region. It was painful for many, if not all, homes and businesses. But let’s not forget about pets and shelters as well. Thanks to the idea of Ron and Terrie Meidinger, let’s show our solidarity thru support of the local animal shelters. For those who were displaced, lost power, or were impacted by last night's storm, the Griffith FOP and the Griffith Firefighters Association will be providing free food tomorrow beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Central Fire Station, 130 N. Lafayette Street, Griffith.

Our police officers and firefighters are proud to serve and support our community during difficult times.

Prayers to our neighbors who are dealing with much more devastation and loss than we are here at the shop. Our building survived unscathed, however, we are without power and therefore closed for today and likely tomorrow. Take a moment to check on a friend, relative, or neighbor if you are one of the fortunate ones. Griffith strong !
