The City of Grimes allows the use of fireworks from Noon-10pm tonight. Celebrate and stop at 10. Thank you City of Grimes. The State mandates all Cities and Towns allow the use of fireworks from 9am to 10pm on the 3rd and 9am to 11pm on the 4th of July. Have fun and celebrate safely! Big changes coming at Shooters!
