Can you believe it's already time to shop mums?

Fall is closer than you think, and we've got over 5,000 mums ready to welcome it. Four different sizes, all your favorite varieties, and plenty to go around for every porch, pot, and planter.

Come see us in Grimes or Ankeny and bring a little fall home.

Fall has officially arrived at Canoyer Garden Center, and our greenhouses are completely transformed.

We have thousands of mums ready to go, some just starting to bloom, along with brand new fall containers already put together for you. Swap out your spring planters and step into the season.

Most people don't see this part.

Before a single poinsettia hits our shelves, our team has already put months of work into growing them. This week, we planted more than 5,000 poinsettias across 15 varieties at our Urbandale growing facility, where they'll spend the rest of the season being watered, fertilized and monitored daily by our growing team.

Every plant is hand-planted with careful attention to how varieties are paired in each container, because what you take home at the holidays starts with decisions made right now, in August.

When the season arrives, we'll have plenty to choose from. Classic reds, soft whites, pinks and some unique varieties you might not expect. Start thinking about your space and your style. We'll have the rest covered.

While most people are still soaking up summer, our team is already hard at work making sure the holidays arrive in full color. It takes months of care to grow something beautiful, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Mum season is almost here, and our grow facility in Urbandale is looking incredible right now!

We planted over 3,000 mums this summer, and they are right on track. What makes ours different? Three plants per pot, every time. That means when you bring one home, you are getting a full, lush look that a single-plant pot just can't match.
