The Foundation of Human Disease
Did you realize that disease is an inevitable part of life? If disease doesn’t take us out in our earlier years, no matter how long we live, eventually disease will remove us from the planet. Also, another fact is: that during the fifties, the one-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people-eater killed thousands of people!
Of course, the second fiction is much easier for us to see through, but because the first fiction is observed to have some basis of truth in our daily lives, it is more believable. Yet, the first fiction exists only as a result of the greatest money-making scam in the history of our world.
Which industry do you think makes the most money: vegetable farmers, or the pharmaceutical industry? Which industry makes the most money: vegetable farmers, or processed food manufacturers, organic vegetable farmers, or the nutritional supplement industry?
These conflicts of financial interest are the straws that break the camel’s back after the camel has already been overwhelmed with fundamental causes; metaphorically speaking.
This foundation of Human Disease can be understood better if we look at the reasons a human body is susceptible to disease. Every degenerative disease is made from eight building blocks: toxic metals, chemicals, unusable food residue, dead tissue cells, acid waste, mucus, oxidized arterial plaque, and radiation. The beginning of disease is the result of direct damage to the body, muscle spasms that reduce blood flow or nerve flow; caused by stress or damage, nutritional deficiencies, and, or low energy levels.
Once the body, a system, gland, organ, or part of the body becomes weak, various quantities of the eight building blocks of disease accumulate and stagnate within the weakened area. This causes inflammation, stress, and feeds bacteria and other parasitic life forms. Depending on the combination of factors and which of the eight building blocks of disease accumulates within any specific area of the body: these factors determine what name will be given to the condition.
A fit and healthy body cannot develop disease. Yes, I know. That thought activates the question of: how is it that a fit and healthy athlete can just drop dead on the sports field. Well, that is a very easy question to answer: the athlete was obviously fit, but not healthy; there’s a big difference.
The human body is the most brilliant, self-healing mechanism on the planet. So, why isn’t it healing itself, and preventing the development of the degenerative diseases that are killing most everyone on planet Earth?
It all comes down to a handful of lifestyle habits we relate to as being “normal, every-day life.”
For thousands of years our bodies have been learning how to heal themselves from every form of disease and damage. Yet, with all the healthy benefits we enjoy today, these lifestyle habits undermine the benefits of our time and technology, and still kill us with disease.
What are these lifestyle habits responsible for our modern-day diseases?
1. Far too much sitting.
2. Using light bulbs to extend our days by 3 or 4 hours every day.
3. Consuming vegetable oils.
4. Exposure to chlorinated water and anti-biotics.
5. Over-use of air conditioning, and lack of hard work in the sun.
6. Eating mineral deficient food.
Those six simple issues don’t sound very dangerous or destructive, yet, they are the real causes behind the development of the conditions our bodies cannot overcome, which results in the development of degenerative disease.
And how is this possible? Well, #1. Excess sitting allows the lower back muscles to get weak. Weak muscles congest, the congestion stresses the muscles, the body then uses calcium to sedate the stress, the calcium contracts the muscle into a chronic spasm, reducing the nerve flow from the lower back to the colon, creating a stricture in the colon, which causes the body’s trash can to recycle, back into the bloodstream, a percentage of the waste material that it needs to eliminate. This is the main cause for the liver, kidneys, and the whole body to become overwhelmed with the eight building blocks of disease.
#2. One hundred and fifty years ago, not long after the chickens went to bed, everyone would blow out their candles and go to bed themselves. All of our lives, we have had light bulbs. We know only of a life where the use of light bulbs allows us to extend our days by three or four hours every day. Besides our over-wound lives, this extension of our days is a major reason why we have a dead battery by the time we reach 40 years of age.
#3. Without realizing it, all of our lives we have consumed great quantities of vegetable oils, mostly without knowing it. Vegetable oil is the main oil used in the food industry. Vegetable oil is extremely inflammatory to our arteries. Between the exposure of vegetable oils and a common vitamin C deficiency, our arteries have been inflamed, irritated, and damaged all our lives. Our bodies have been patching these damaged arteries all our lives. The substance (lipoprotein-A) that is used to patch these damaged areas eventually oxidizes because of the large volume of oxygen in our blood. This oxidized arterial material will then flake off from the arterial walls, join the circulating blood, and eventually get filtered from the blood by the liver. The liver releases this oxidized, waxy fat into the gallbladder, which is the liver’s trashcan. The gallbladder is to release this into the intestinal tract for elimination. Unfortunately, most of us are chronically deficient of the organic sodium contained in celery and other green vegetables. Without this alkaline, organic mineral in our bile to keep these small particles moving, they become sticky and develop into masses within the gallbladder, forming what we refer to as: cholesterol balls. These are not gallstones. A gallstone is the same substance with a calcium shell that has developed around the cholesterol ball causing it to appear as a stone. The calcium develops around the cholesterol ball because of the long-term stress caused within the gallbladder due to the deficiency of organic sodium. When a doctor claims that gallstones are the cause of gallbladder problems, this isn’t true. Gallbladder attacks are caused by the same thing that allowed the gallstones to form: the deficiency of organic sodium. The sodium is meant to keep the bile alkaline. When the bile turns acidic, it irritates and inflames the lining of the gallbladder, and is responsible for gallbladder attacks and the symptoms of gallbladder problems when a person consumes the wrong foods; usually bad, cooked fats.
#4. When we are exposed to chlorinated water or antibiotics, either or both destroys the friendly bacteria in our intestinal tracts. Naturally, there should be a balance between the friendly bacteria and the unfriendly. The unfriendly bacteria work very well to finalize the breakdown of food particles. Then, because the unfriendly bacteria create so much toxic waste in this process, a larger volume of friendly bacteria must be present to neutralize this toxicity, before the colon draws the fluids from the colon into the bloodstream (by way of the lymphatic system). Did you know that your arm pits are the barometers that indicate how healthy your colon function is? When you perspire, to the degree that your arm pits give off an odor, you know there is a problem. As strange as it sounds, perspiration should not have an odor. If it smells as though something is rotting, to that degree, there are things rotting in the colon that shouldn’t be there. The recycling of this rotting waste is what poisons the bloodstream and provides the building blocks for disease.
#5. Our bodies consist of over 50 trillion cells. Every cell produces acid waste 24 hours of every day. Since we generally lack sufficient alkaline minerals to neutralize all this acid, it is important to be able to force this acid out through the skin by perspiration. Yet, if we are always using an air conditioner, and never go out and working hard enough in the sun to use perspiration to force this acid waste out through the skin (which is the largest organ of elimination of the body), then we accumulate this acid waste within the body and it becomes the most irritating building block for disease.
#6. The reason we eat vegetable is because they are the source of the essential alkaline minerals that we need for neutralizing the acids in our bodies, transferring energy, activating every vitamin, and performing every chemical function. Dr. Carey Reams was a scientist who was brilliant beyond his time. Dr. Reams expressed the summary of his discoveries in one sentence: "God is the basis of life, life is the basis of energy, energy is the basis of matter." Dr. Reams also taught that: every human disease can be traced back to a mineral deficiency. When we eat foods that have had the minerals removed, and when we don’t consume enough fresh vegetables or drink vegetable juices, we slowly use up all our minerals, and in a mineral deficient state, we develop disease
I apologize for the length of time since writing the last newsletter. It is just that there isn’t a reason for anyone to develop disease or to be vulnerable to what is considered to be contagious disease, and this essential information is so freely available. Just as there is only a small handful of reasons for creating disease, there is just a simple handful of steps needing to be followed in order to avoid the development of disease.
Here is the simple list of steps to follow in order to create a level of health where disease cannot even exist:
1. Each of us has two sources of wisdom within that continually guides us in the wisest choices in life: the innate wisdom that has been evolving for thousands of years at the cellular level, that has learned every way possible to heal the body of all damages and all disease when properly supported. Then, there is the spiritual wisdom of the soul within each and every one of us. There is nothing in this world that this brilliant, loving being would rather do than to guide each of us out of our self-inflicted hell, into a heaven on Earth, if we would only listen and obey.
2. Follow the Complete Body Chemistry Support System consistently, while doing the exercises for the neck, upper back, and the lower back. Be consistent with a gallbladder flush every second week until the wisdom within indicates differently.
3. Make a list of every stressor in your life and work diligently to eliminate every one possible. Then, those that cannot be eliminated, re-perceive the positive of those that remain, and focus upon those positives.
4. Play like a child every day. Focus upon how to give joy permission to express itself in your daily life. Make a list of everything that brings you joy and focus upon these things and make them a part of your life: the secret of life is: the essence of life. Life is joy, life is energy, life is wisdom, life is the greatest treasure in life. The essence of life is synonymous with the totality of what we call God.
The other reason I haven’t taken the time to write a letter is because I have been learning how to make the greatest soil possible for growing vegetables and other food. When I grow up, I want to be an organic vegetable farmer. I guess I had better hurry, I turned 69 on May 30th, I can’t be a kid forever.
