The holidays have slowed the house progress. was able to get the garage floors poured. We insulated the ceilings and around the shower for warmth and sound proofing with thermafiber. All the sub floors are sanded and ready for flooring. As progress picks up this week we will share more photos. Happy New Year!! .

Lots of progress on the property recently. Windows are in. Front door is a little behind. Today, AEP ran the electric and we have power supply now! Our barn builder set all the posts! The plumbers placed some of the bathroom inserts. We have the well, septic and propane utilities on the books for next week.

It's a cold day at the construction site. It snowed in the house before our were installed. We did our electrical walk thru today and tried to plan for all things lightening and electrical outlet placement. Where are some places you wish you had lightening or outlets? Taking all the advice we can get!

We are trying to pick out stain for our stair rails and posts. Trying to find that perfect farmhouse warm feel. This sample shows stains on poplar. These stains are from their pre mixed oil based wood finish line .

Trash and recycling in style! This Ana White inspired plan was modified to include a storage door for those odds and ends in the kitchen. We added the matching dog crate and it filled this awkward corner in our house with extra "counter space". Visit Ana White for plans! If you need a builder DM us!
