💔 21 Kittens Lost 💔

As of today, we are heartbroken to share that we’ve lost 21 kittens to the virus affecting our facility. The good news: it remains contained to one room and all parvo tests continue to come back negative. Two kittens tested positive for coronavirus. Most are negative on both tests.

Our amazing team continues to follow strict isolation and cleaning protocols. We’re relieved to report that foster kittens have remained healthy and unaffected.

Vanessa currently has kennels set up throughout her home, yes, even on her kitchen table to avoid bringing any new kittens into the main facility. We are doing everything we can to stop the spread and save lives.

This sweet kitten is one of the lucky ones. Puck is tuckered out after a little adventure in his litter box, safe and cozy at Vanessa’s house. 🐾

Next week Hannah and 30+ others from our church are heading to New Orleans for a missions trip. Seat of Honor Project would love to sponsor a few dozen hygiene and snack kits for them to pass out as they are serving in the city. ⚜️💜
