This is incredibly upsetting.

This post has absolutely nothing to do with my business, yet it's appearing when people search for my business on Facebook.

I've tried commenting on the post, but Facebook isn't cooperating and keeps lagging. My next step is reaching out to the individual directly to see if they're willing to remove it. After that, I'll be contacting Facebook to find out why a post or review about another business is being associated with mine without any context.

As a small business owner, things like this can have a real impact. I work hard to build trust with my customers, and it's frustrating to see something unrelated potentially affect my business.
