Lawrence Steve Tuttle, 72, of Guymon, Oklahoma passed away Sunday morning, May 10th, 2026 at his home. The son of John C. Tuttle and Emogene Slokey Brandkamp Tuttle, he was born February 22nd, 1954 in Liberal, Kansas. Steve was briefly raised in Ho**er, Oklahoma, until the Tuttle family moved to
