[How Do I Charge]
Merch Buying Fee + Shipping Fee + My Service Fee
The Service Fee is my income. Everything else is what I spend to help you get your stuff.

A. Customer Support:
$0 USD – Free inquiries
B. Purchases from Official Stores
(e.g. miHoYo Official, Arknights Official, Apexinnovation Official, etc.):
$15 USD — $5 for order handling and $10 for logistics handling
C. Purchases from Recognized Retail Stores or Purchases Order Transfer Tickets from Individual Sellers:
$15 USD + 25% × (Official Store Price − My Final Purchase Price)
So u pay $15 + 25% of the money I help you save.
D. Purchases of Unopened 2nd-hand Merch from Individual Sellers:
$15 USD + 30% × (Official Store Price − My Final Purchase Price)
E. Purchases of Opened 2nd-hand Merch from Individual Sellers:
$15 USD + 35% × (Official Store Price − My Final Purchase Price)

[My Principle #1 – REAL STUFF Guaranteed]
My top priority is to ensure that you never receive counterfeit merchandise. If you do, you can provide substantial evidence and I will fully refund your payment.
That being said, if you want me to buy stuff from retail stores or individual sellers, I will charge an additional inspection fee, which equals to 25%-35% of the money I save you.
This extra payment covers the time and effort I spend verifying the authenticity of the purchased item before I send it out. And since I’m using my 20+yrs experience of being an anime merch collector to help you, the payment is also for my professional skill.
Note that I will fully refund you if I purchase or you receive any fake stuff, so you BEAR NO RISK NO MATTER WHAT!!!

[100% Transparency on Spending]
I will charge you exactly what I spend on buying the item + exactly what I spend on shipping (+my service fee ofc).
Before you pay anything, we will agree on the source (official store, retail store, 2nd-hand seller, etc.) and the shipping method. You won’t pay until we’ve agreed on the final price.
I’ll keep you fully updated on the buying and shipping process and show you exactly how every cent is used. I will send you receipts, photos, videos, tracking numbers, and any other information I can provide.
