Peel & Heal Studio Hand-drawn wellness stickers & self-care stationery designed to support your plot-twisted plans. And thus, Peel and Heal Studio was born!

I have had a planner for many years but for me, decorative planning quickly became a therapeutic activity. As an individual in recovery (from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and self harm), I was frustrated with the lack of planner stickers that related to mental health and general well-being. My goal is to provide you with unique hand-drawn designs that you can't find anywhere else. Secondly, I want to promote conversation and awareness of mental health issues in our community. I hope that in using my stickers, customers can reflect on the importance of taking "me time" and prioritizing mental wellness as the foundation to achieving your goals.
