Booksavers of Maryland

Booksavers of Maryland RECYCLED BOOKS...GREAT PRICES...GLOBAL IMPACT.... and around the world.

Booksavers of Maryland is a not-for-profit organization that receives donated books and recycles them in a variety of ways. We resell quality books online and in our retail store, help to preserve the environment by encouraging book reuse, and recycle paper and cardboard. Proceeds benefit the work of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a relief and development agency working in the U.S.

We are officially closed. The books are gone. The last shelving units have been moved out. The warehouse is empty. Thank you for your support for the last 29 years! We've helped so many people in the US and around the world through the education and mission programs of MCC. If you would like to continue to support MCC, there is a thrift store in both Hagerstown and Chambersburg that also support MCC. They are World Treasures Thrift and New Life Thrift. Thanks again and blessings!

Thank you for 29 years of support. We’ve been able to help many people through mission and education programs around the world. We could not have done it without the amazing support of our community.
