Yesterday was magical, a gathering of powerful creative woman creators. I am so grateful to have spaces like this of support and likeminded creators. The sharing of information, goods, and support always gives off an energy that fuels me to do what I’m doing. Thank you thank you thank you to the vendors and to everyone that attended. Thank you for cultivating the space and supporting all of us through this wonderful experience ❤️ can’t wait to do it again.

It’s all a process-> infusing to decocting. Rosemary is so aromatic and delicious. I love watching the extractions slowly Infuse and take on the color of the plants. Glycerites are versatile for Internal and topical use, Rosemary is helpful for memory, uplifting and a great hair and skin tonic.

Smoke wands drying, I wrapped these today with h**p cord, these have a variation of sweet fern, hyssop, mugwort, motherwort, lavender, and tulsi all bundled together decorated with some zinnias. I had the intention of creating beautiful Wands to encourage healthy boundaries with these babies. I’m obsessed. They will be available at the market October 10th at stevens commons!

Do you ever practice facial massage? This technique is an Ayurvedic lymphatic draining massage map, I use the moon and Meadow oil, and follow this technique every morning 😍 the sesame seed oil helps with circulation and lymph drainage and the gentle rose and sandalwood are a perfect morning pick me up.
