We will be back in our usual place tomorrow! Setting up by 8 am just south of the Halstead Bank on Main Street in Halstead. The temperatures outside have the garden producing in this late season. Come and see a 4.5 foot squash. We have been baking today and have all of your favorites. Try our seasonal Spiced Crumb Cake for breakfast...or, I guess, anytime.

Last month we introduced a line of laundry soap. No-Nonsense Laundry Soap is powerful cleaning, and since it only takes a tablespoon, you can get 30 loads of this power in a quart sized jar. So, no more carrying in heavy laundry supplies.

This month we are introducing a huge line of baking mixes. Quick Fixin's is the perfect way to add a homemade aroma and taste to your busy holiday home. 12 kinds of cookies, 7 kinds of pancakes, and our famous Triple Chocolate Brownies. Just dump the jar, add the listed ingredient(s) and bake, or for pancakes...griddle fry. They also make excellent gifts. Just a heads up... Runneth Over will not be setting up tomorrow. See you at BRICKSTREET - Halstead's Annual Arts and Crafts Festival- next Saturday Oct 3 from 9 am to 2 pm. You won't want to miss it! Come by for some hot biscuits and gravy in the morning. We are also introducing to new lines of products.

Closing at noon today! Plenty of home baked breads and fresh garden vegetables. This is the time to stock up.

YES, we will be open tomorrow at 8 am in Halstead. We picked 5 bushels of slicing tomatoes and a bushel of cherry tomatoes. The okra is going wild and we have 13 containers of a variety of sizes 1 inch to 5 inches. Still baking...including Artisan bread, flat bread, and confetti sugar cookies. Yes, of course we baked more m&m cookies, and Monster cookies. All cookies are jumbo in size. Speaking of jumbo, I am just finishing jumbo Blueberry muffins. Can you smell 'em? The cucumber vines loved that rain so we have cucs and banana squash...if you haven't tried one of those big squashes (2 feet long and so thick around you can barely get your hands around it) tomorrow is the day to try it. They are named banana or candy roaster...but they taste like a sweet butternut. See you there!

We are here...set up and ready! TONS of tomatoes, lettuce, squash, and baked goods. We have all the regulars plus flatbread and focaccia. If you like a seasoned or savory bread...you have got to try the focaccia. Take something special to your labor day event...from scratch double chocolate brownies, or freshly canned peaches to top off your ice cream.
