Tatting is hand-made lace. Each ring is made of double knots. I have two pieces of tatting, suitable for trimming clothes, pillowcases, or even a picture or piece of cross-stitch. I recommend hand sewing to attach, not machine sewing, and they are washable, and can be trimmed to a shorter length. Each piece is approximately 33 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. They are made from the same thread, and will be sold together for $20.

For any special occasion, how about a Christmas ornament to celebrate? If you've seen the pictures showing a graduation tassel inside an ornament, I can personalize an ornament for you. A new baby or a wedding? Personalized ornaments can mark the occasion!
These are large ornaments, approximately 4" in diameter. They are large enough to hold a wallet sized picture, along with other special items, such as a tassel and name card for graduation, or a baby's hospital bracelet and the card from the bassinet. For a wedding, a miniature copy of the wedding program, or a silk flower. You can even fill the ornament with blooms from real flowers, and allow them to dry, although they will be fragile, and you may not want to put anything else in with them.
Lettering can be done in your choice of colors, and in script or block font.

Here's my first photo quilt. This one is a baby's first year quilt, with a birth picture, a picture for each month, and a one year picture. You choose the colors for the sashing between the pictures, the binding, and the embroidery. The quilt will be layered with a light batting, and a flannel backing that coordinates with the sashing.
These quilts are lap sized, approximately 31" by 38". They can also be hung. The pictures are color-fast, but cannot be washed with detergent, as soap can fade them.
Another idea for a picture quilt would be for a graduating senior (or parent), with Kindergarten through 11th grade surrounding the Senior picture. I could also do any other special occasion.
The price for these is $150 (plus shipping if necessary).
