Hello Friends! I am so excited to announce a new project for us! This is going to be Hunter James's next Model Home to be built in Ham Lake, starting this month. I'm having a hard time deciding which layout to go with. Maybe everyone could help me. In your opinion, should we build it with the master bedroom behind the garage or on the kitchen behind the garage?
This should be fun. Talk amongst yourselves and let the feedback fly! I'm so curious to see the results. I also plan on building a sauna under the porch with a cold plunge tub at the ready. I personally love the idea, but I'm a ridiculous health nut, so it may be a silly idea. Let me know your thoughts! Share with your triends and family, I'd like their thoughts too!

Hello everyone! Here’s a really cool place we have been working on and just wrapping it up. Quarter sawn White oak Cabinets, Craftsman style trim. Home owners are in the process of painting walls and putting their own finishing touches on. I’m excited to see everything decorated and cozy, hopefully we can get a video of it and show you. I have a video of this one coming up soon. Hang tight. I want to thank Mike and Emily for entrusting us to bring together their ideas and thoughts and bring it into an incredible final product. We have some fun projects coming up and I’ll try to do a better posting for you.
