This is some pretty amazing news right here in Kentucky. 💛🙌🏻💙

Berea College just announced its new Financial Freedom Pledge. Starting in Fall 2027, every student admitted to Berea will have 100% of their tuition, housing, food and fees covered, without student loans.

The college says that's a value of more than $285,000 over four years. Students can also receive support like a laptop, funded internships, professional clothing and other resources. 🎓

Berea College has actually been tuition-free since 1892, but this new pledge takes that mission even further.

Berea specifically serves students with strong academic potential who come from families with limited financial resources, giving students an opportunity that might otherwise feel completely out of reach.

I absolutely love how Berea College President Cheryl Nixon summed it up:
“You don't have to pay us. You just have to pay it forward.” 💛

Living local to the area, we love everything Berea College already offers to the community & to its student, but this is next-level amazing. 🙏🏻❤️ Proud to be local to this incredible school.
