After several weeks of work, (and a lot of very sweaty t shirts) this water damaged Möller has been brought back to life!

Thanks to water damage from a leaking bell tower, less than 1/3 of the organ was actually playable - making it a real challenge to play it for Sunday services.

After replacing more than 500 pitman valves, re-leathering dozens of pneumatic pouches, troubleshooting several electrical gremlins, and disassembling (and reassembling) part of the organ facade & case, this organ is now 98% operable, a huge accomplishment for this more than 70 year old instrument!

Even tracker-action instruments need periodic maintenance. Today we spent some time adjusting and repairing the draw k***s on this tracker organ from the 1970s.

This 4 manual drawknob console is looking for a new owner!

Originally built by M.P. Moller in 1954, with changes by Casavant Frères Ltée. in 1965. Removed from First United Methodist Church in Springfield, Illinois in 2006.

Contains original electro-pneumatic action and will need to be rewired. This is the perfect candidate for a (very large) Hauptwerk instrument! Includes lighted music rack and pedalboard. Bench no longer exists.

Work continues on this 1950s M.P. Moller, as we repair water-damaged pitman action chests. Access was very limited, which has resulted in the partial disassembly of the case and removal of a reservoir.

Our crew removed this 5 rank Moller Artiste less than 2 weeks ago, and we are happy to report that it has already found a new home! After more than 50 years of making music in Illinois, this organ will be heading to its new owner in Nashville, Tennessee later this summer.
