Well the fair is over and it went really well! Thank you to everyone that stopped by for some honey and to learn about bees! We had so much fun doing the honey tasting. Congratulations to John Hargraves of Bath on winning the raffle basket!

We do have some soap and candles left. They will be in the display case at our birdseye hollow stand.

A quick welcome to all of our new followers, I recognize a lot of you from the fair. Thanks for following us!

And lastly for all of the new followers and maybe a reminder to the old, we have self serve stands on birdseye hollow in Hammondsport one by Ranch 226 grocery in Bradford and one on the savona campbell rd near the wood rd bridge in Campbell.

Again thank you all for coming out to the Steuben County Fair and seeing us it was so great to meet so many of you!

We are all set up for the Steuben County Fair! Come on down Tuesday through Sunday we will be there 10-7 ish every day in the ag building. We saw a lot of tractors pulling in and saw some critters in the barns. The food trucks where pulling in and the carnival was getting rides pulled into position. Check out all the fun things and stop in for a tast of honey too. See you there!

We also have cut comb honey! If you want comb honey please reach out to us. We don't keep it on the stands because the aints and things get into it, but we still have lots of it.

Good morning all! In case you are looking for our honey here is where you can find it.
One stand is on birdseye hollow just down from the distillery the address is in the page discription.

One is at 5259 savona Campbell rd Campbell ny.

And one is at ranch 226 in Bradford just off the gas station parking lot next to the equipment for sale.

We do not currently ship honey. And we only take cash at the stands.

We have more honey! We did another honey pull Monday and just got back from stocking the Campbell and Ranch 226 stands. The Birdseye Hollow stand will be stocked in the morning. This honey is a lighter flavor, if i had to guess i woukd say it is a clover or basswood honey. We still have to finish extracting the honey from Ranch 226 and a Birdseye Hollow, so we will see tomorrow what flavor those bees made!

We are sold out of honey again! Good news though Monday the 27th we are going to do another harvest! Again thank you to our wonderful customers!

Also it is official we are going to be at the Steuben county Fair this year! We have participated with the Steuben county honeybee association at the fair in the past but this year we will be there all week representingFinger Lakes Honey. Come out to the ag building right next to the milking parlor August 18th-23rd and visit with us. We will have our observation hive and some other educational handouts. If you are interested in getting your own bees this is a great time to ask questions. We will also have honey on hand for tasting and to buy. And we will have a gift basket being raffled off. We can't wait to see everyone at the fair!

We have the best costumers in the world! Thank you all for your patience with the bees as the make honey for you. Because you all are the best we are almost sold out of honey already! We have one case left to put out. The stands should be stocked at the moment i think, it has been going fast. So come on out and get honey while you can! We will have another larger harvest hopefully in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

We have honey! We got a small harvest yesterday and Sandy is headed to the Ranch and Campbell to stock those stands. There is honey here on birdseye too. Thank you all for your patience as our bees are busy making you delicious honey.

Just a quick shout out. I wanted to thank everyone for your support and love for our honey! We have sold out of honey! We do still have honeycomb. Contact me to purchase that as we dont keep it on the stands (ants get into it somehow). Honeycomb is $10 a chunk. Hopefully we will be harvesting more honey in a few weeks. Again thank you all for your support!

We still have honey! If you have a cold and need something to soothe your cough try some honey. The stands are stocked so stop by and grab some. Hope you all survived the brutal cold and are ready to enjoy the heat wave this week.
