You’ve been laboring hard , today is your day to rest. And what a beautiful day to do it!

Get outside. Enjoy the lake. Enjoy Hammondsport. Soak up one more gorgeous summer day and let Pronto do the work for dinner tonight.

We’re putting on a big pot of our Pay What You Can Sunday Sauce , because Sunday Sauce doesn’t care that it’s Monday.

Pay what you can for the sauce, and add bolognese, meatballs or sausage if you’d like.

You enjoy the lake. We’ll handle dinner. Free Hugs included. 🍋

And a little reminder: our new shoulder-season hours start tomorrow! Summer may be winding down, but we’re not going anywhere. ❤️

Fresh, homemade, and ready when you are.

Our Spinach & Ricotta Take & Bake Lasagnas are always stocked in the Pronto cooler. Layered with pasta, tomato sauce, creamy ricotta and plenty of fresh spinach. Take one home, pop it in the oven, and dinner is handled.

Need some meat? We’ve got you. Grab a side of our rich Bolognese sauce or a couple of housemade meatballs to serve alongside it.

Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. We did the work. You take the credit.

The nights are getting colder. The days are getting shorter. And the parking lot at the school is full again.

All the signs are there. It’s time for another beautiful summer season on Keuka Lake to come to an end, and for us to settle into our shoulder-season hours starting next week.

But don’t worry, locals. We’re not going anywhere. ❤️

We plan on being right here at the head of the lake through fall, winter, spring, and summer, because Hammondsport isn’t just where Pronto is.

Hammondsport is home!

It’s a rainy day on Keuka Lake… and while you’re inside scrolling Facebook, let’s talk about Labor Day Weekend!

You’ve got a long weekend ahead, friends coming to the lake, family dropping by, and people to feed. Let Pronto do the prep so you can enjoy the weekend.

PRONTO SEAFOOD BOILS
Our boil buckets come loaded and ready for you to finish at home. Shrimp, sausage, clams, snow crab, corn and all the good stuff, depending on the boil you choose. We do the work, you add the liquid, cook it up, pour it out on the table and make a glorious mess. Garlic butter included, of course.

PIZZA BOX CHARCUTERIE
Made for sharing and packed with cured meats, artisan cheeses, marinated olives, roasted peppers, crackers and seasonal bites. Put it on the table, open some w**e and suddenly you’re hosting.

PASTA FOR THE WHOLE CREW
Choose your pasta and sauce, add chicken, shrimp, salmon, meatballs, sausage, or go all in with Parmigiano. Our Pronto in Anticipo menu is designed to feed a crowd… or a very hungry couple.

And don’t forget the salads. Add a couple to the table and dinner is handled.

We couldn’t agree more!

Newsday is calling Keuka Lake and Hammondsport New York’s “Little Lake Como”, and those of us lucky enough to live, work and play here know exactly what they mean.

Rolling vineyards. Beautiful water. Incredible w**e. Aviation and boating history. Great food. Outdoor adventures. And a little village at the head of the lake with a character all its own.

You don’t have to travel all the way to Italy to experience la dolce vita.

With the clouds rolling in and a little rain expected this afternoon, I can’t think of a better day for a big, warm bowl of pasta.

Pronto! Served with a side of history.

Our home is the historic Bath & Hammondsport Railroad Depot, built in 1877, where passengers once arrived by rail and connected with steamboats traveling across Keuka Lake.

Nearly 150 years later, the Depot is still welcoming people through its doors , now for fresh food, great coffee, friendly faces, and one of the best views at the head of Keuka Lake.

Next time you stop into Pronto, take a look around. You’re getting your lunch in a little piece of Hammondsport history.
