General Liability & Conduct Elwood Antiques is not liable for any transactions between buyers and sellers.All payments, returns, and arrangements are strictly between buyer and seller.Unethical behavior (dishonesty, harassment, misrepresentation, scams, etc.) will result in immediate banning of the buyer, seller, or both.Cross‑posted items or items listed on other sale pages will be removed without warning.
2. Membership RequirementsYou must be a member of the page to post items for sale.Members must follow, like, and share the page when listing items.Posts that do not follow these rules will be deleted.
3. Posting LimitsMaximum 5 items per day.Maximum 20 items per month.Items listed on any other selling site or Facebook sale page are not allowed and will be deleted.
4. Photo RequirementsMultiple clear, well‑lit, unedited photos are required for every item.If selling a set, you must include photos of each individual piece.Photos must accurately represent the item—no filters, no altered colors.
5. Description RequirementsEvery listing must include:Full description of the itemDimensions/measurementsAny flaws, damage, wear, or issuesPriceReturn policy (if any)Accepted payment types Incomplete listings will be removed.
6. Sales & Post‑Sale RequirementsOnce an item is sold, comment “SOLD” on the original post.Do not delete the post — it will be moved to our Sold Page.Sellers will be added to our Sellers Section — please provide a short introduction about yourself when requested.
