Hey Neighbors!! The hours at the swap shop will be following the temporary transfer station hours during the construction period. Remember the swap shop closes a half hour prior to the transfer station. Please do not drop off items outside during closed hours. We know this is a bummer, but it’s temporary! Thank you for being such a wonderful community!

Hey neighbors! Lately a lot of the bins that the swap shop uses for storage are going missing. We have lost the toy bins, bag bin and a linen bin today. A few weeks ago the previous toy bins went. Originally the town purchased the bins and some break and we replace with bins that come in. Sometimes there are bins available to take and please feel free, but please do not take the ones that are used for display or storage. Makes it hard to keep things tidy. We appreciate all of our neighbors and donations and shoppers and want to keep it a space that continues to help our community. Thank you!

Hi neighbors! The volunteers would love it if we could refrain from sitting heavy items on our deck box. We use the box to store things and need access to it. We appreciate your understanding and help!

The swap shop is not an ideal location to donate AC units. They are hard for volunteers to deal with and most are pretty gross and way too heavy. If you do donate one please make sure it’s clean, labeled that it works (and must work), and must be light enough in weight that 1 volunteer can move it. And remember not everyone can carry the same thing so please be considerate.
