This weeks vendor spotlight is....
Georges Road Farm!

Meaghan and Zak have a passion for raising healthy animals and making the most of every harvest. That passion inspired them to create their line of single-ingredient freeze-dried pet treats.
By using nutritious organ meats that are often overlooked, they help honor the whole animal while reducing waste. Every treat is made with 100% meat, sourced from their farm or other Maine farms, with no fillers, grains, or artificial preservatives.
In addition to their pet treats, they also raise pasture-raised chickens and offer turkeys by pre-order for the holiday season. Like goat meat? They offer goat meat for your table, too. Providing another locally raised, sustainable protein option for your family.

Our market still has Senior FarmShares available! We'd LOVE for you to get one this season. All you have to do is come to our Info Booth during market hours, fill out a short form, and you'll get $50 in vouchers to spend on any fruits, vegetables, cut herbs, and honey at our farmers' market. Eligibility is based on age and income, not assets, so most retired folks in Maine qualify. To participate, you must:
Be a Maine resident
Be 60 years old or older (55 years old or older for Native Americans)
Meet the 2026 Income Guidelines:
1 person household: $29,526
2 person household: $40,034
3 person household: $50,542
4 person household: $61,050
5 person household: $71,558
6 person household: $82,066
Each eligible person in a household that meets these guidelines can get their own $50 share. Help us spread the word about this great program, and tell your family, neighbors, and friends! We want everyone to be able to enjoy the great summer produce our farmers grow.

Bill and his family have been making maple syrup for over 20 years now. What started as a hobbie has morphed into what it is today! Products that are a must from the syrup to maple sugar to cotton candy and fudge! Just to name a few!
They have been a member of our market for about 10 years. Bill, Claire, and Stephen are dedicated to bringing the best products to our market and their customers! Need a gift idea? He also has beautiful syrup jars perfect for gift giving! And they can ship it for you!
