Introducing the DiNotte D6L 555 and Lumea 555 (yellow-green)
For more than 20 years, DiNotte has focused on one goal: helping drivers see cyclists sooner.
The new Limea 555 uses a 555 nm wavelength—the portion of the visible spectrum where the human eye is most sensitive during daylight. The result is exceptional daytime visibility in a compact, lightweight package.
A quick note about the photos: We owe you an apology—the images don't do the 555 nm light justice. Smartphone cameras automatically adjust both white balance and exposure, making the light appear greener and reducing its apparent brightness. In person, the light is noticeably more yellow and significantly brighter than these photos suggest. We've edited the images as much as practical, but they still can't accurately reproduce what the human eye sees.
Whether you choose the compact Limea 555 or the flagship D6 555, you're getting one of the most visible daytime bicycle lights we've ever built.
