I've been sharing about how the Thirty-One Gifts company is working with Girls on the Run International to help develop positive self esteem in tweens & teens. But I want to do something to help tweens & teens IN MY COMMUNITY!

Going thru puberty and starting periods has an impact on how a girl feels about herself and how she compares herself to her peers. It may bring about feelings of embarrassment or a sense of self-consciousness. I would like to turn that time into one that is more celebrated than dreaded by donating "period packs" to the 5th grade girls at Hampton-Dumont. So far I've had 27 sponsored for this project, including the newest 15 delivered last week. My goal is to find sponsors for a total of 50 MINI ZIPPER POUCHES for period packs to pass out when the girls get the puberty & period talk at school this spring. (I'll put one pad and one pantyliner in each period pack.)

You can help by sponsoring a Mini Zipper Pouch that will be a for a local tween. By using my consultant discount on this service project, it's just $10 per MZP (no tax, no shipping). Today is , and while we wish we could celebrate together in person, we are thrilled to join together virtually with and all of you!

Join me, other consultants, and customers March 8-13 as we run, walk and get active to support the unstoppable strength, resiliency and power of every girl and woman. You can register for free and participate wherever you are any time this week!

I walked my 5K (3.1 miles) today and hope to run that distance tomorrow to doubly support the fantastic mission of Girls On The Run!
