He still ate with him on the night that HE KNEW Judas would sell Him out with a kiss on the cheek. He loved Judas. There are plenty of un-lovable people on this planet. The Judas’s of the world are the people that need love the most. Have you prayed for the Judas in your life? Have you fasted? Jesus commanded us to love one another. Can we do this on our own? Absolutely not. That’s why we NEED Jesus! It’s easy to love some people. But the only way to truly love others is if the Love of the Father is in you. Do you know Him?

The beauty of spring is in full bloom and that means summer is right around the corner. Conventional sunscreen is TOXIC. Please don't use it. There are way better alternatives and I am going to give you one you can make on your own. Don’t want to make your own? Many popular sunscreens contain the chemical ingredient Benzophenone (or its derivatives Benzophenone-3 or Oxybenzone) since it is one of the best of the chemical sunscreens in protecting against both UVA and UVB rays.

Studies show that some of the chemicals in sunscreens are absorbed into the bloodstream in significant amounts. The longer sunscreen chemicals are left on the skin, the greater the absorption into the body. One study notes “it would be prudent not to apply oxybenzone to large surface areas of skin for extended and repeated periods of time, unless no alternative protection is available. Here is a super simple recipe to naturally protect your skin with Garden goodness.🌞

Coconut Oil Sunscreen Recipe

Ingredients

Nobody wants to get burned, but keep in mind there are many times that we don’t need sunscreen. Most people are deficient in vitamin D and could use at least 20 minutes outdoors, in the direct sunlight each day to give their body a much-needed boost of vitamin D. But for those times that you need protection from the sun, whip these ingredients for 3-5 minutes until you get a frosting-like consistency. Use a stand mixer with wire whip attachment for best results.♥️
