Garden grown Cherokee Purples and fresh basil make this panini 🤩! I added Giardinara Pasta Sauce, fresh mozzarella and olive oil that I seasoned with soffrito. We drizzled with a balsamic reduction and served it with a 3 Bean Salad. YUMMY!! 🤤

We’ve got babies! (And eggs coming out of our ears!) Today’s project is going to be getting them into a separate brooding area. We’ve been fortunate to have a neighbor with boxes that she hatched in, but the wind compromised it. Today we are building them a safe dry place out of our girls playhouse! Stay tuned for pics 👀
