Here is a small part of a shift adjustment. A lot of times if you lose tension on your shift cable making it tough to shift to the easier gears, this will get you home. There is a lot more to shift adjustments than this, so consider this part one! Let the critiques begin. 🤣

Lauren’s flat tire repair tip o the day! We get a lot of people putting in new tubes in and immediately get another flat. Here is one of the reason why. When replacing your tube, visually go over the outside and pick out any debris, around here that’s usually goathead thorns. While you are picking out what can be seen, feel the insides of the tires for thorns protruding all the way through. A lot of the thorns you see aren’t going all the way through, and a lot that you feel, can’t be seen on the outside of the tires. Check em twice before putting in that new tubes!
