We are by appointment only, to demo boats in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa.

We have a few boats in stock, ready to go on the water with you. Nice Northstar Magic - still wrapped like an early Christmas present, in Starlight layup and 2 Northwind 18’s. One comes in Starlight layup with standard aluminum gunnels and the other is Stealth layup with carbon trim. The Stealth is the lightest of the layups.

We also have a used, but in excellent condition, S18S that has been discounted to reflect the used price.

It was nice to see so many smiling faces at the Perche Creek Gutbuster. There were quite a variety of boats on the water. Some Beach Hannibal donated some North Star shirts, hats, and keychains! Llama Racks LLC made a nice donation, that was the first item chosen off the table! Some Beach Outfitters also supported the race with a couple of items donated as well as a few other local businesses. *another reason to support local. Local supports you! Feel free to tag yourself!

Northstar NORTHWIND 18- in stock currently in the Stealth and also StarLite layup. What’s the difference? About 7 pounds! The boat pictured is the Stealth layup, coming in at 36 pounds. The StarLite we have in stock has the aluminum gunnels. Offering 10% discount on these two boats!
We also have a used Trillium for smaller paddlers. Specs in the photos.

Some Beach Hannibal made a road trip to Minnesota this week to pick up another load of Northstar Canoes. It was a blast! Jackie Dryden couldn’t join us for this one, but Harry the dog made a great foot warmer as the Minnesota thermometer dropped below zero.

Northstar is a pleasure to deal with and still has a “small town” feel. Everyone is very friendly. I was impressed how the production employees worked together as the canoes are being built. These folks know what they’re doing and are dedicated to their craft!

We now have several tandems and single canoes in stock. Two of our Northwind 18’s are discounted and I have a lightly used Trillium ready for special pricing.

If you haven’t paddled a Northwind Magic, you definitely want to give it a try. I believe it may be the best all-around single NorthStar has in their lineup. Effortlessly glides through the water. My favorite

The Northwind 18 in Starlight layup did great in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area these past 5 days. Andrew and Jackie were able to add grandson Grayson in this canoe. What a lightweight canoe to portage!
It is the perfect canoe for the family or canoe camping. We do have the extra lightweight Northwind 18 in the Stealth layup as well!
