We are also your one-stop shop for furniture painting & crafting! The Red Barn Boutique is a mother and daughter creative duo located in South Central Pennsylvania! In 2019, Lilly (the daughter) started a little sign making and home décor business. Shortly later her mother, Ronnie, joined Lilly and between the two ladies, the business began to grow. During early 2020, the two decided to open their own store in Hanover, PA. Lilly’s passion was to continue to create beautiful home décor. Ronnie’s passion was to not only continue being a furniture artist, but to also offer high quality products for crafters and furniture artists. Ronnie is an Elite retailer for Dixie Belle Paint Company and carries the following lines by Dixie Belle- the Chalk Mineral Paint line, the Silk All-In-One line, the Terra Paint line and the Belles and Whistles line of transfers, decoupage papers and stencils. You will also find items by Redesign With Prima, Decoupage Queen, Hokus Pokus, Zibra Paint Brushes and Pentart! All these items are found on our website and in store. In store you will also find many different artists and their amazing creations from in and Hanover, PA. Items you will find here in addition to crafting and furniture painting products include jewelry, sweets, home décor, goat milk soaps, plants, furniture, workshops and so much more.

Saturday is looking delicious! 😋

Today’s drop from Crumb Sourdough Bakery arrives at 10 AM with Classic and the popular Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough, along with Garlic Bread Butter and other yummy butter flavors!

Wendy with Sweet Paige Baking Co. also dropped off Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Sweet Rolls. You’ll find them in the little refrigerator at the front of the store—perfect for breakfast, dessert, or both. We won’t judge! 😉

Pat also stopped in with a restock of some of her most popular fall and Halloween creations.

TGIF! I just had to share this video of our 4-year-old granddaughter, Elizabeth—better known as Bitty! When she was tiny, she was so petite and spit up so much that she earned the nickname “Spitty Bitty.” 🤣

About a year ago, my daughter Lilly stepped back from working regularly at the gift shop to be a stay-at-home mum and homeschool Bitty and her older brother, Cody. Lilly loves cooking and homesteading and has always included the kids in the kitchen.

In this video, Bitty is helping make sourdough discard hamburger buns. Look at how carefully she rolls the dough—and how she knows to add more flour to keep it from sticking to that beautiful custom pie crust rolling board by Ritch of Beech House Woodcraft!

Watch out, world…you may be witnessing the next Pioneer Woman!

Saturday morning, Crumb Sourdough Bakery is bringing Classic and Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. Every loaf begins with a 100-year-old starter and is made with freshly milled flour and as many organic ingredients as possible. The Classic is all organic!

The Jalapeño Cheddar combines fresh and dye-free pickled jalapeños and pairs perfectly with Crumb’s Garlic Bread Butter.

Thursday is basically Friday’s waiting room…so I think that calls for a little shopping! 🤣

Our makers have been busy again! Cottagecore Curiosities restocked her display with fun fall and Halloween earrings, bracelets, friendship bracelet kits, decorated pens, colorful hair clips and more.

Fair-Thee-Well refreshed her handcrafted self-care goodies, including shower steamers, essential oil rollers, beard products, gift sets and plenty of testers so you can find a new favorite.

And Deb brought in more of her beautiful handmade cards—including birthday designs and the cutest fall scarecrows!

Florida, it’s been fun—but it’s time to hit the road again! ☀️🌴

Joel and I have been in Tampa since Sunday for his conference. We visited friends, enjoyed some delicious seafood and even squeezed in a little beach time!

Now we’re heading to North Carolina to visit Joel’s family before returning to Pennsylvania.

Christi and Deb are holding down the fort, and Lilly will be there Saturday! If you’ve missed seeing my daughter, stop in and say hello. I’ll be back in the store Sunday!
