With a very heavy heart, I’m sharing that our Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory location will be closing permanently on December 31, 2025.
When we opened our doors in August of 2023, we did so with so much excitement, hope, and pride. Like many small businesses, we could not have predicted the extreme and unexpected economic challenges that followed. Despite our best efforts, those challenges ultimately made it impossible for us to continue operating long-term.
Through it all, the support from our community has meant more to us than we can ever properly express. To our regulars who have been with us from the very beginning — thank you. Your loyalty, kind words, familiar faces, and continued support truly carried us during some of our hardest moments. When we needed encouragement the most, you showed up, and that will never be forgotten.
We are also incredibly grateful to our amazing team. Their dedication, pride in their work, and care for our customers made this store what it was. This decision has nothing to do with their effort or commitment — they showed up every single day and gave it their all.
Over the next few weeks leading up to our final day on December 31, we will continue to welcome you into the store and would love for you to stop by, say hello, and help us close this chapter together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and being part of our journey. This community made this experience meaningful, and we are deeply grateful for every moment.
